-Once off clean: One clean only of all areas and surfaces from top to bottom.
Initial Clean: Removal of bulk dust, debris, and leftover construction materials to prepare for the next phase, such as siliconing and defect rectification.
Final Clean: A thorough cleaning, ensuring all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are immaculate.
Handover sparkle Clean: A final touch-up before hand over to leave a great impression on clients.
Window Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of glass, frames, and tracks to remove dust, paint, and residue. Our cleaners are certified to operate scissor lifts and boom lifts, enabling them to reach windows and glazing on higher floors. They also hold yellow cards for working at heights and on roofs. With the use of extension poles, no window is beyond our reach.
Floor Treatment: Comprehensive floor cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, buffing, sweeping, and scrubbing, to ensure a polished and pristine finish.
Pressure Cleaning: High-pressure washing to remove stubborn dirt and stains from outdoor areas. Depending on the surface type, level of dirt, and accessibility, we use either an electric 1800 PSI high-pressure washer or a petrol-powered heavy-duty 4000 PSI high-pressure washer. Various attachments, including extension wands and rotating brushes, ensure optimal cleaning results.
